The Mercedes CLS shook the automotive world with it's extreme styling when it debuted back in 2006. A fluid design that seemed to be more futuristic concept car than production model, it spawned the entire category of sleek, low-slung four-door "coupes."
This particular example has the perfect combination of color and specifications - In addition to being the AMG version of the CLS, it's the Designo Edition, it combines the striking metallic graphite exterior with a pale leather interior and ebony dash, that's fully loaded with all the creature comforts: Full electric and massaging seats, Dual climate control, Navigation, parking assist, motorized rear sunshade, automatic trunk opener and closer, ipod audio connectivity etc. Everything works like new.
I've owned the car for almost three years, and had it meticulously maintained by the local Mercedes Benz Dealer. The car has 79 thousand odd miles, but the full 80,000 mile service has been completed ahead of schedule. The dual supercharged engine runs flawlessly, and delivers an immense surge of power and sound - really has to be experienced to be believed.
Body and interior is in excellent shape, a few nicks below the front bumper are the only flaws. Now I'm in the position to buy something smaller, so sadly I have to let this one go. All service records available, smog certificate and clean CarFAX.

Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame Reviewed the CLS 55 AMG at the time and referred to as "almost flawless - fast, handsome, well priced, comfortable and blessed with a handling balance that’s pretty close to perfect. The most spectacular looking car Mercedes has made and possibly one of the all time greats from anywhere."
